EXTREME MOVIE (dir: Adam Jay Epstein / Andrew Jacobson,

FUTURAMA: INTO THE WILD GREEN YONDER (dir: Peter
Avanzino, Not Rated) –
This is the fourth of these straight-to-DVD FUTURAMA movies that
have been coming out lately, and it seems to be the last. Is this
the ender Bender? |

THE HAUNTING OF MOLLY HARTLEY (dir: Mickey Liddell, PG-13) – A girl struggles to fit in at her new school, while also hoping that her mother stays locked up in the mental ward. She does have dreamy Chace Crawford from GOSSIP GIRL as her new boyfriend, though. |

RED SANDS (dir: Alex Turner, R) – American soldiers in Afghanistan unwittingly open a Pandora's Box of angry ghosts in this
straight-to-dvd horror flick. But maybe we should wait until wars are over before we start to make cheap entertainment about them. |
*SEX DRIVE (dir: Sean Anders,
Unrated) – Not since the original HAROLD & KUMAR has a low-brow sex comedy been this enjoyable. A couple of teens head out for adventure in a stolen muscle car and find all of the treasures that await young men. |

THE SINGING REVOLUTION (dir: James Tusty / Maureen Castle
Tusty, Not Rated) – This documentary about Estonians and their constant struggle for independence, and their love of singing, inspired audiences around the world. |

WHAT JUST HAPPENED (dir: Barry Levinson, R) – Robert DeNiro and a bunch of other luminaries star in this half-baked Hollywood satire that really wants to be THE PLAYER. Bruce Willis even plays himself. |
